CrossFit Kids Camp (Week of June 19th 2023)
2023 CrossFit Kids Summer Camp for ages 7-12
Hey Smyrna Parents!
We are excited about the return of CrossFit Kids camp this year. These half-day camps will run from 9am to 1pm Monday through Friday.
The camp focus will be on many of the same principles we cover each week in our Kids program: team building, learning new skills (squatting, pullups, sled pulls, box jumps, rope climbs, etc) problem solving, gaining more energy, and boosting self confidence.
Essential items to bring to camp each day:
* Water & light snack
* Sunblock (portion of the activities will be outdoors weather permitting)
* A clean gym towel
Cost: $215 per child
