Tentative Schedule:                                                              Weigh-in                  Lifting

Session 1 (ladies & lifters using 15 kg bar)                         7:00 am             9:00am- 11:30am

Session 2 (20 kg bar, 55kg to 81 kg class)                          9:00 am            11:30am- 1:15pm

Session 3 (20 kg bar, 89kg to 109+ kg class)                     11:00 am           1:30pm- 3:00pm
